In collaboration with nearly 300 children from eight different schools in Spijkenisse, we created eight different designs for eight metro poles, located between the metro stops: Spijkenisse Heemraadlaan and De Akkers.

The theme of “Travel” was a big inspiration for the children. From entire fantasy worlds and favorite vehicles to space travel, dream vacations, and even visits to your favorite animal/person. Together with our fantastic team of interns Dana, Ozzy, Isa, and Esther, we managed to paint the eight poles with spray cans and brushes within six weeks.
