Together with the children of Hillesluis, we were able to design and paint the new summer coat on the Seal of the South (Zeehond op Zuid) again:)

We normally work/paint the design at the playground ‘Sportspeeltuin Hillesluis’, but due to a renovation this was not possible this year. Therefore we did the refurbishing and painting of our floating artwork in the Varkenoordse Park, which was also easier to push the  Seal back into the water at the end.

Last May we held 2 drawing contests and distributed the coloring page in all the mailboxes around the artwork. This resulted in 2 beautiful designs (by the 10 year old Carlos and Irem), which we painted on the artwork together with the children from the neighborhood.

The end result can be seen in the Varkenoordse Park until November.
