For Museumnacht Rotterdam on March 8, we rebuild a bakfiets to mobile streetfood car. Standing in front of Verhalenhuis Belvedere (Studio MAKY was part of the  Studio Zi evening) we sold “Fusion Pancakes”: a combination between Chinese pancakes with (or without) cheese/mayonaise. And we were SOLD OUT at 00.30 am already:)
